PRINCE2® Practitioner

This course is meant to learn, understand and use the PRINCE2® method in a project environment. It is also meant to prepare the delegates for the official PRINCE2® Practitioner exam.

Delegates

This course is particularly suited for people who manage or in the near future are going to manage one or more projects and (thus) want to take the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam.

Course description

Although there is no access requirement for this course, we recommend that delegates – at least – have attended a PRINCE2® Foundation course.

To be allowed to take the exam one must have passed the PRINCE2® Foundation exam!

Duration

This course can be taken as a 3-, but also as a 2-day training. The main part consists of practicing with exam-like questions. In a 3 day course first a brief overview of the theory is presented. Delegates will also make assignments, mainly PRINCE2 documents. In both types of training, the last afternoon is for taking the exam.

This course is the ideal preparation to a PRINCE2® Practitioner exam and is given by an accredited PRINCE2® trainer.

Homework

Delegates have to take into account that some homework is necessary to pass the exam. The time needed is about 2 hours at the first (2) evening(s) and some 3 hours on the last evening to do a sample exam.
